That is why we offer customers a generous 30-day return or exchange policy. We offer a money-back guarantee if your order is damaged, faulty, or different from what was described. We simply ask that your purchase is unused.
WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
All we require is proof of purchase, an order reference number, a photo of the item, and whether you wish to return or exchange it. Send us a quick message with this information to sales@perfectpillow.co.uk and a member of the team will be in contact as soon as possible to arrange the return of the product. Once the item has been received and reviewed, you will be sent either your new items (for exchange) or a refund for the cost of purchase. Refunds are issued directly to the cardholder used for the purchase. You will receive email notifications throughout the return process. Please allow up to seven working days for the refund to process. If you are canceling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs of returning the goods.
